DDG provided civil engineering design services for the first phase of an approximate 100-acre multi-phase development. The 20 acre, first phase development consisted of a 90,000 square foot, 3 story education and office building, a 50,000 square foot maintenance shop, full-size training oil-rig yard, and associated operations. The project site was annexed into the city limits during the development of the property. Additionally, DDG provided design support services for city annexation, platting, and zoning. DDG provided design for site planning, paving and drainage, utilities, detention, and coordination with site facilities. DDG also provided approximately 1,000 linear feet of public water, sanitary sewer, and gas line utilities. The project required coordination with city, county, and state for civil infrastructure design and permit approvals.
