River Chase Development

This 290-acre mixed-use development encompasses retail stores, restaurants, out-parcels, tech park, medical offices, commercial offices, single and multi-family residents. DDG was responsible for master planning, construction documents, drainage design, and utility infrastructure.

DDG also worked to obtain $60 million in public/private infrastructure improvements regional detention ponds and full Corp permits for the entire development. In addition, DDG developed road and drainage design. DDG worked closely with the client as this roadway extension was a pivotal point to all access to remaining developable property The Stirling Boulevard Extension road consisted of extending the existing two lane roadway approximately 1,900 feet to Brewster Road, roadway drainage systems, water quality pond for future development, 3,800 linear feet of public water line extension, and 3,000 linear feet of public sewer line extension, all later dedicated to St. Tammany Parish.
