In 1998 Stephen joined DDG as the first architect on staff. DDG was originally founded as a regional civil engineering firm and Stephen was initially hired as a project manager with the intention of creating an architectural division. At that time, he worked on all aspects of large commercial retail projects including site and utility design, permitting, and construction administration. In 2000, he played a key role in the development of DDG’s Architectural Division.
Currently, Stephen is a Principal in the firm and works out of our Thibodaux office. His role involves the management of design teams, business development, and contract administration for a multitude of project types in the public and private sectors. Local projects of note include the main campus building for Fletcher Technical Community College, Assumption Community Center, and the stadium renovations at E.D. White Catholic High School.
