DDG provided civil engineering, survey, and landscape architecture services for the new Amazon distribution facility located in the Fremaux Town Center Development in Slidell, LA. The project consists of a 150,000 SF building, parking, and vehicle storage on the 31-acre site. DDG’s civil team provided design services for the 31-acre development as well as offsite roadway improvements, and roundabout design. DDG’s surveying team performed the topographic, tree, and boundary survey and is currently working on the required right of way maps for the roundabout to be dedicated to the City of Slidell. DDG’s landscape architecture team developed the code compliance landscape and irrigation plans for development.
