DDG is working with Prologis on their 220-acre Presidents Park, a commercial-industrial business park, in Houston, Texas. The first phase of the business park includes 160 acres, consisting of 2.8 million square feet of buildings, 1.75 miles of City of Houston roadway infrastructure, regional detention, extensive floodplain mitigation, and master planning of water and sanitary sewer facilities. Additionally, previously developed commercial-industrial properties were retrofitted into the proposed infrastructure design. DDG has been at the ground floor of civil/ site engineering planning with Prologis to create a civil master plan to maneuver to future end user development needs. DDG worked alongside the consultant team to assist survey, platting, roadway dedication, and FEMA letter of map revision.
