DDG provided master planning assistance, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Surveying services for the development of a +/-50 acre industrial park. Propel Park consists of multiple buildings, providing industrial space for potential light assembly, manufacturing, distribution, and office tenants. The project is part of a design/build effort consisting initially of the development of (2) warehouses and supporting site design. The initial warehouses are 259,000 sf and 408,000 sf. The site development design included a waterline extension to the site for water service for each building, storm water design within site area, and sanitary sewer lift station and force main design. DDG worked closely with the design build team to deliver the project design in a timely manner for ownership review and approval.
