Project Features

Building out with light gauge and cold metal framing for walls, new finish gyp board and tile, as well as acoustical ceilings, and resilient athletic flooring. The building’s features exterior wall panels with aluminum entrances and storefronts and a seamed metal roof. Packaged air units provide AC with existing and new panels providing power. The facility has dry and wet pipe sprinkler systems and a fire alarm. Site work included new concrete and asphalt paving, with sidewalks, landscaping, outdoor patio, and an added basketball court.
