This new 4,000 square foot retail building replaced the existing shopping center on Veteran’s Memorial Boulevard in Metairie. Future tenants include a new Ruby Slipper. The project also includes renovating surrounding building facades to give the site a comprehensive look. The design enhances the outdoor spaces with lighting, landscaping, wall murals, and pergolas at pedestrian plazas. Site upgrades include new lighting, updated landscaping, and parking upgrades. This project was completed in October of 2023.
