DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Growth Coordinator collaborates with the DDG executive team to coordinate and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and support growth initiatives across the firm's diverse range of services. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level strategic role, working directly with executives to shape the company’s growth trajectory while strengthening client relationships. This role involves extensive regional travel to DDG offices and teams to foster alignment with strategic goals and use analytics to optimize organizational performance.

ACTIVITIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with executives to execute growth strategies tailored to DDG's multidisciplinary operations.
  • Serves as a point of contact between executives and Regional Growth Leads to ensure alignment of growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and accounting teams to support company-wide growth initiatives.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, ERP, and CRM systems to track key metrics across disciplines, creating reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Support cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure all teams are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Travel extensively across the region to engage with DDG offices, supporting teams, and gathering valuable input for strategic planning.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key DDG Leader’s needs, expectations, and business goals.
  • Work closely with the DDG Leadership Team to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitoring IMS e-mails to source potential opportunities (RFQ/RFP/SOQ's) for the service lines/company.
  • Lead in executing the Company's Client Entertainment strategy, including coordinating and scheduling of all events.
  • Manage client entertainment budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Support the Accounting and Marketing Teams with the successful implementation of the CRM platform.
  • Support administrative teams by efficiently managing data to provide timely and valuable information support.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, schedules, and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field or equivalent experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
