DDG is working with Atwater Development, LLC on their new 285-acre residential development in Baton Rouge. Once completed, the neighborhood will have a total of 776 lots. This project presents many challenges which our team identified during the site investigation stage including levee district permits, railroad, and pipeline utility crossings, scenic reivers permits, multiple phase master plan, and off-site roadway improvements. Understanding these challenges early in the project allowed our team to prioritize critical path items and minimize the risk for project delays and unforeseen construction cost.
