This project started with an extensive site investigation and complete reevaluation of the design and game plan prepared by previous consultants. This site has many challenges and opportunities because of the proximity to the Mississippi River, relatively flat topography and adjacent railroad. The first two filings of Atwater Subdivision have been completed. This site consists of +/- 776 single-family lots. Our civil engineering team provided the client with a mass grading scope, preliminary plat revisions, construction documents, design data, permitting, and construction support. Our survey team provided final plants, lot stakeouts, and topographic survey. There is a total of 6 filings that DDG will design and manage before the full build-out is complete.
