This project consisted of townhomes test fits on property along the Intercoastal Waterway in Houma, Louisiana at the intersection of Dunn Street and Dewey Street. The site plan is comprised of 12 townhome units ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom with several amenities all surrounded by a fence and gate on each end. The buildings are all designed with a contemporary modern style with metal panels, stucco, and wood accents. The units facing the waterway are designed with an increased amount of glazing to allow for views to the waterway. The amenities included: private garages at all units, walking trail around the whole site, private patios at each unit, gazebo with outdoor furniture adjacent to the waterway, pool and jacuzzi, and piers along the waterway to allow for boat access to the townhomes.
