DDG continues to assist D.R. Horton Homes with master planning for this mega 1,100-acre / 2,600 lot mixed-use development near Lake Pontchartrain. DDG has provided design services for all eleven phases including grading, storm drainage, sewer, water, and roadways. The Lakeshore Village drainage workings consist of a ring levee, internal drainage system, and drainage pumping station that provides flood protection. DDG also provided hydraulic modeling services, which utilizes ICPR to analyze existing drainage conditions, as well as proposed conditions to help inform master planning decisions.
