This project was started over 10 years ago by another developer with a different engineering firm. The project was plagued with challenges. Our client, Engquist Development, acquired the project in 2018 when approximately a quarter of the property was developed. Everything had to be reevaluated including: the Concept Plan for the TND; drainage and floodplain mitigation, utilities, access and much more. It was a great opportunity for DDG to put our proactive and comprehensive approach to work and has solidified a relationship with one of the biggest developers in the region. Our Civil Engineering, Survey, Landscape Architecture, and Water Resources continue to work on the new phases of the project.
