The Blake is a senior living community designed around individualized needs and interests of its residents. DDG designed a master plan and sewer lift station for The Blake in Harahan, LA and Panama City, FL. The master plan included utility extensions, access, and stormwater design. Stormwater quality and detention was designed for all four sites. Overall drainage models were prepared and modified for locations in Louisiana and Florida to help determine that the projects would have minimal effect to adjacent properties.
